i heard that ron kellogg took snaps with the first team offense during an impromptu scrimmage yesterday, and that in a freak accident, Taylor Martinez was chopping wood for the team pep-rally bonfire and severely under-swung the axe and amputated his leg.

Probably not, his prosthetic leg will arrive in in June from India. I've also heard that Brion Carnes is looking like Daunte Culpepper in practice... or was it Michael Vick... i get those two confused. :dunno

On a serious note, I've heard Martinez is saying he feels 100% again. So, I'd plan on seeing some extra pep in his step come game time, the same pep we grew accustomed to prior to the injuries.
