Anybody going to the Gator Bow?

My bud KChusker and I are once again making our bowl trip. We have made many trips, but this time, we are taking the wives and son. So, count on at least 5 more headed to Jacksonville.

Also, I live in a small town in southwest Iowa, and I know for a fact that there are at least 15 people from our town headed down. Gotta love the Husker faithful.

I was reading on the "plan it" thread, and saw the bar that will be the big red "Hang out"...... We should try to have a Huskerboard "happy hour" during the day on the 31st. Something early afternoon, so we can catch the Big Red Pep rally at the landing and possibly the parade.

HANC, what town in SW IA? I grew up in Atlantic, wondered if I knew some that were going.

I remember I went to the cotton bowl and it was probably the happiest time of my life. I stayed in the players' hotel and got all their autographs.

 
There's 5 of us going. My wife, mother, and older brother have never been to a Huskers game so they are in for a treat. My oldest son and I have traveled a few times around Texas to see the Huskers.

 
hey haven't been here for awhile but there is like 7 people from my work that are going make the 22hr drive to Jacksonville...GO HUSKERS!!

We are staying at the Comfort Inn Oceanfront and have tickets to a Husker New Years Eve party with Johnny Rodgers and Tommie Frazier as "hosts"! We are really looking forward to it! I can not wait! Go Big Red!
