Anyone know who QB #16 is?

I did notice in this video that Taylor and Cody were the only two QBs to hit their receiver in stride towards the end of the video. Carnes/Spano (I think?) and Turner (or maybe Kellogg) were off, some of them way off. It's one drill but yea.

 
Can't tell which QB looks best from that little clip. Martinez will probably win the job because of his dynamic foot speed, but I am pulling for Green a little bit. I just like the guy and I feel like he has a good QB-body, being tall and mobile with a strong arm.

 
I really like CG, and i have a gut feeling he will be need his next two years, maybe not as our starter, but as a key back-up with experience.

I see him winning a big game in his senior season when he comes in due to starters injury or poor play, to cap off his career.

Brion Carnes has elected to switch his number from #16 which he had last season, to #15 which he will have this upcoming season. He made this announcement through facebook because his uncle Tommy Frazier wore number 15. He said the coaches are making him keep #16 for spring until they order the new jerseys in for fall... then he will be #15. This explains why he is listed as #15 on the roster. Make sense?
