Anyone watch WWE?

On occasion I will watch the replay on Saturday nights. Friday nights I will sometimes flip between Arena football and Smackdown. I don't recognize half of the wrestlers anymore though.

I watch.

It's 2 hours of entertainment once a week. I take my grandson to the shows whent they come to Omaha. As someone stated above, it is a man soap opera. It is the longest running weekly episodic tv program of all time. 1000 episodes on July 23rd. Must be something to it.
So...when did men start watching soap operas?

Question for you wrestling aficionados: How are guys like CM Punk and Daniel Bryan big time, title contending stars? I always thought of WWF/WWE as having larger-than-life characters. These guys are little wimps.

They are both great on the mic. Much better than Randy Orton and some of the other big stars. And they both work fast in the ring. Some of the bigger guys lay on the ground the whole match

I watch it. Don't care who knows either.

CM Punk and Daniel Bryan are where they are now because of their work ethic, mic skills, and technical ability.

I watched.

Then Michael Cole (the other announcer) started to talk about what had happened to Jerry, so I rewound it. You could see that something was wrong.

I read today he is in stable condition.
