Apparently ESPN ran a Sport Science segment on Suh today

For a second there I tried to put myself in that test dummy's shoes, but my brain made me pass out as a defense mechanism so I wouldn't even have to deal with the fantasy pain of what that must feel like. No wonder Colt McCoy was woozing around there at the end of the Big XII title game.
Ha ha! I think the test dummy passed out too. Did you see it relax just before impact? Must be something to do with the measurement devices they use.
Did anybody else notice that Suh's hit ripped off a couple of the sensors attached to the dummy? The sensors just ended up bouncing on the floor lifelessly.

A few months from now some NFL QB doing his homework on Suh will watch those parts coming lose at impact. And turn slightly pale.

how terrifying would it be for a qb to try to go through his progressions knowing that a SUHnami is looming. you better either have a lot of faith in your o-line, or always keep an eye on SUH.

So if it only takes 400 pounds of pressure to break your rib cage and pads only suck up about 50% of the force I'm pretty sure Suh > Chuck Norris!
