Was just about to ask other than Dylan, Alvano, and Hartzog (he was good for a blown play, but also a INT), who has entered that is/could be a contributor. Alvano just got into his own head I think. But understand him leaving. I think he was done here regardless.

There are probably about 75 corner/safetys in CFB that are better than Hartzog tbh.

I'm hoping Barney doesn't go into the portal bc that would be a real loss.

That would blow. Barney was horribly used this year strictly speaking on offense of course.

You hate to see a local kid have as rocky an experience as Alvano did at NU. I wish him well.

Yeah, I had such high hopes for his future. He came in riding high on winning the state championship game and in HCMRh first season his ceiling looked limitless. Smart kit too being All Academic B1G.

Hartzog never got better in my opinion. Even for his size, he liked to scrap when he first got on the field. Hes been pretty forgettable the last 2 years.

Yeah its like he has so much athleticism and speed yet the coaches don't know how to involve him in the offense. I would say Dane Key didn't live up to his billing either.

i think it was some kind of injury that set him back...but i could be remembering wrong

Yeah its like he has so much athleticism and speed yet the coaches don't know how to involve him in the offense. I would say Dane Key didn't live up to his billing either.

I don’t think he’s a super good route runner but I’m shocked we didn’t have more motions/jet touch passes or some kind of screen game with him this year.

I agree. Sadly, when he was one of our veterans, single digit guys, and a starter, it shows were we are at talent wise. But he was a contributor here.

Barney was under used/misused this year. Unsure what happened to Carter. He just went mia. Wouldn't be surprised if they left.

Not totally surprised and I am not sure if it was the injury and red-shirting and what not, but I am little sad Noonan went to the portal. Maybe he goes down a level. To a Dakota school or even Iowa down the road. Or Iowa State. But I always anticipated and expected more, especially the gains you eventually see as an upper class men. I wish him well

Carter injury set him back for the season, that's pretty much it. Luke rose up and excelled. And Frankenstein got reps behind Luke.

Carter should be #2 and in the rotation a lot more next year.

My thoughts are that in terms of the Dylan connection neither of them would be here if not for DR recruiting them hard. It wouldn’t shock me terribly to see another wr bail, possibly two more

Well 105 is the hard cap, except for the guys who are non-scholy grandfathered.
