I heard it second hand from someone on reddit that read Schaefer's 247 post. Schaefer has now clarifed it in a tweet as well. What do you mean, "sounds like?" What did you actually hear and where did you hear it?

Saw this. Pretty impressive outside LB coach we are getting.
After listening to this incredible interview (and Dr Rob Zatechka's podcast last week) SO many things that many of us always suspected were confirmed and a lot of the events of the past 15 years....makes sense now and its almost cathartic in a sense to listen to this.
I'm kind of indifferent about Turner Gill ever being re-involved with Nebraska in an official capacity, but other than being a former player/coach here he really does not have anything to write home about as far as a resume. His biggest strength is that he was the QB coach for Frazier, Frost, and Crouch, who were primarily runners.
Also, everything centered around Liberty University these days has an inescapable odor to it.
Jerry Falwell (the founder) was a disgusting human being and his son isn’t any better.Care to elaborate on the Liberty University thing?
Too conservative for LandlordCare to elaborate on the Liberty University thing?

Just like you'd prefer not to listen to Davison's political thoughts on air, the P&R section is definitely a better place for this.I can try a little with risk of venturing into a P&R appropriate discussion.
First, Jerry Falwell Jr., the president, has been acting in spectacular bullying moral majority mode for a while. He's been a very loud supporter of Trump as God's candidate (not that that's evil, but the way he's done it has been in the sad sort of way where he straight up lies, stokes the fires of conspiracy, and doesn't deal in facts), called Liberty the Fox News of universities, encouraged his students to carry guns to stop bad guys, and recently kicked out and banned Jonathan Martin from campus (a personal acquaintance of mine), for essentially "being a liberal", then personally and through the platform of the school continuously lies about it. He's just an authoritarian, partisan prick who censors the professors and the students at his school, forces a science-denying curriculum and archaic rules (students get fined hundreds of dollars for things like watching rated R movies and listening to naughty music or making out) and leaves no room for diverse opinion.
They also hired Ian McCaw, the athletic director at Baylor who oversaw and was complicit in the rape cover-ups. They claimed they did an investigation and found that he didn't do anything wrong, but through actual investigating these claims were mostly debunked, aka, they hired him knowing he was a scumbag but that he could help them be better at sports.
Unrelated to that but still relevant, Ron Brown's public dealings in regards to anti-LGBTQ legislation are pretty well known around here.
