At what point do you change to a scheme the players can execute?

This whole scheme bull crap is the same thing that people said about Callahan. Bo just needs to go. That will help change the scheme.

The scheme works, if the f'n fans and players execute it. Bo knows the scheme works, Beck knows it works, they just need the players to execute and the f'n fans to stay outta their way.

I'd agree that the scheme does work -- but only if players are disciplined.

And how does a player learn discipline? From his head coach.

What happens if the head coach lacks discipline?

One of the best plays of the day...Zaire is confused and Minny snaps the ball and he just shoots the gap and blows up the ball carrier for TFL. Good thing he did not get the call or he would have just found a block to run into.

Even the announcers commented on this. He was confused, ran past and then came back and hit the gap. Awesome play. The scheme will change when Bo is gone and this crap goes with him...

You are not allowed to question the scheme.

Bo is a defensive genius, and if a defensive genius says his scheme works, it works -- regardless of the results on the field. The players are simply not executing the genius' scheme.

As for offense, chaos is not a scheme. Therefore, there is no scheme.

It's easier on the offensive side. There is no scheme to fix. Whew.
