Stephen Spiewak of Maxpreps.com feels NU is the front runner for Devin.

"It'll be interesting to get there and see that conversation of what that looks like because they're a pro style," Bart said. "That's what I'm interested to hear, how that fits his skill set."
While Devin has connections to TCU (Bart's alma mater) and Arizona (met Rich Rodriguez while he was with the CBS College Sports Network), and enjoyed his trip to UCLA, the stiffest competition Rutgers has is Nebraska.

The style of offense that Nebraska runs perfectly suits Fuller and he enjoyed his visit to Lincoln.

This weekend will make or break NUs chances. He is at Rutgers along with all their studs, including Hamelton. The whole "Jersey" thing may win this one.

 
Hamelton has tweeted he is having "to much fun with his bros Leontee Caroo and Devin Fuller". Caroo is a stud NJ WR already committed to Rutgers.

That cake was pretty gayy, I gotta be honest. Plus, somebody's gotta be first before there can be a next... Wait, I guess they had Ray Rice.

 
Visit to Rutgers went well. Will announce later this week. Some not sure of the impact of the visit since he was supposedly ready to announce last week.... I have no idea where this kid is going.
