ATH Devin Fuller

It sounds like they are close to a decision on his coaching the Bucs next year. We were in the mix for a couple of their recruits. One, Quanzell Lambert, already committed to Rutgers while the other, Devin Fuller had not yet made a final decision. Most thought he was leaning on staying in NJ to play for the local university but this may sway his decision to the Huskers. I guess we'll see tomorrow!

I can hear all the negative nancys now.....well we only got him because Schiano left, had nothing to do with Bo, we got lucky, lets see if they can even develop him, will probably end up in the dog house and never see the field. Anymore excuses im missing? Would like to cover all angles.

Hopefully we will be the beneficiary.....................but I do feel some empathy for the Rutgers folks.......................remember how bad it was here when Billy C got canned and we lost virtually a great recruit a day for a while?

(including 3 O-linemen that will ALL play on Sundays)..........

Hate to wish that on anyone..........BUT.............business is business and it would be great to be on the flip side for a change...................

 
This is a real shot to Rutgers, losing the guy that put your program back on the map with just days til LOI-day? Wow

This. We've had our share of heartbreak with top flight talent, it'd be nice to be on the receiving end.

i don't think any of those were "excuses". what would they be "excuses" for?

 
I wonder if he was really planning on announcing for Rutgers, or if they are just assuming that. Seems odd that they would have privy to that info when no one else does.
