Aviva Stadium, Dublin Ireland

This should never be considered a NW "home" game.

If I'm a NW player/coach/administrator I would really love some type of compensation for giving up a true home game.

NW got f#&%ed.  They will have 3 actual conference home games.

NU got the conference lean here.

I mean ... they haven't really ever played Nebraska as a true "home" game.

And they got a paid trip to Ireland out of the deal.

A bit over-dramatic for this early on a Saturday.

What???

And there have been more Nebraska fans there each time.  Not much home field advantage
Traveling fans are a plus.

But the “home” game comes with normal practice schedule, on your field, with no travel time.

I really didn’t know this was up for debate  :dunno

Even at middle school level, there’s a difference.

at home: we meet in my classroom before warmups.  We draw up plays, etc.

it’s much more structured.

Away games: get on the bus and go!

We don’t care who has more parents there.  One is much preferable over the other.

im fully aware Div1 is different than MS.  But this is in no way a “home” game for NW or NE.

It was beautiful looking field.  Camera angles were awesome.  Ireland did a terrific job hosting this game.  Much respect for them.
