you get xp daily, and when you get up to 1000 xp your guy levels up. you can also boost levels using your flex points.

Ah ok I started seeing some points going up on a day 2 day basis. I do see you can buy flex points but I am not that desperate.

I just figured..."What the heck?" and bought $10 worth of flex points and leveled my guy up to 5. Guess what.......now I am a STARTER!!!! LOLB :bonez

 
This totally free online MMPOG is a ton of fun to play. You design your own football player, personalize his training and skills, negotiate his contracts, join a team and try to win the league championship! Or, if you are really into it, you can purchase your own team and handle the day-to-day operations while competing for the end of season trophy.
