I'm going with Pelini, O'Brien, then Meyer- in that order. I can see the case for O'Brien but just because it could have been so much worse is really not COY worthy in my estimation. He has done a well above average job, in terrible circumstances, against a powderpuff schedule. Compare that to what Pelini has done with a no name defense and the toughest schedule by far in the conference. I'm not being a homer and Pelini doesn't strike me as the "COY" type but, facts are facts. As for Meyer, well f him, he inherited that and there needs to be a penalty for cheating even if he inherited that too. If you can't play in your CCG or a bowl, tough titties.
