B1G Week 5

Calling a Northwestern upset of Iowa
Agreed, good call. Iowa's offense against Rutgers look like, well...the usual big, dumb, slow, and boring offense that it's always been. They barely mustered 14 points. It's some of the worst football to watch.

Wisconsin at Michigan should be a really good game. I'm thinking that Michigan's quarterback is the difference in that one and gives a slight edge to the Wolverines.

Northwestern at Iowa doesn't look like an upset to me - it's at Iowa, and NW has looked awful in 2016.

I'm thinking Michigan State at Indiana is going to be close, and Indiana could take it.

Kind of interested in the Minnesota, Penn State match up. Wonder if Minnesota will go 4-0.

Indiana can score but lost to Wake Forest and I think Sparty is going to run through some holes on them.

Northwestern win? Possibly, Iowa just had some really bad games of late.

Huskers should have a easy one, Illinois is trying to find an identity, or rather mold into their new coaches identity.

Ohio State is going to sleep walk through theirs and likely have their backups later in the game.

Maryland should hit 4-0.

Michigan game, should win it. But who knows, next thing you have 4 turn overs and ya know.

Outside of the Huskers, I am so-looking forward to watching Wisconsin vs Michigan. Hope it's a great football game to enjoy and not a blowout. I actually think Wisconsin could take them. Just not sure that they will.

Home teams win except for Minnesota & MSU
Good job on finding the shortest way to put it.

I hope you're wrong about Northwestern and Wisconsin. But I think Michigan will win too.
I think both teams look like copies of how they were in the 90's and early 2000s. That doesn't bode well for Wisconsin.

What do you mean "good work"? Carr planed on retiring the previous year, stayed a year to long. Then our bean counter AD made bean counter type decisions with coaching, Hoke/RR. Fortunately he was let go and we have Harbaugh. It's also a bit early to put him into statistics considering he only coached and recruited for one full season and even if he doesn't win any top 10 games this year he will still be ahead of the progress curve. I was expecting 3-4 years to see a team that did not have 3-4 turn overs each game and was able to blow out teams it should blow out. Same amount of time for beating top 10 teams.
