I haven't made these..heard these were good.
Baked Chips:
4 Large Baking Potatoes-(Skins On)
2 T. Olive Oil
1-1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt
1 Tsp. Garlic, Minced
1/2 TSP. Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Season Salt
1/2 Tsp. Emeril’s Essence
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut potatoes in very thin slices.
***Or you can cut the potatoes in half and then cut the halves into four slices.
In a large bowl, pour Olive Oil and Emeril’s Essence over the potatoes.
Toss to coat the potato slices.
Lay potato slices on a large baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and turn the potato slices over.
Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
