Ball State receiver goes down

Ball State's receiver Dante Love, who went into the week as the nations leading receiver and last year shredded Nebraska's D for 210 receiving yards suffered a cervical spinal fracture and spinal cord damage after a helmet to helmet hit against Indiana Saturday.

Good news in that after 5 hours of surgery he has arm and leg movement still.

Prayers go out to Dante and his family

 
I heard about that this a.m., too bad, he's an excellent talent.

Hopefully his recovery will go well and he can finish school...

 
My prayers go out to him, I watched the video on youtube.com and the hit didn't look that bad? Solid hit, but not anything crazy?
