But then I think Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughan were both about to do some of their best work before dying too soon...

Missing Persons had a great album in the early 80's. Kind of a post punk/new wave sound from LA. Spring Sessions M was the album. Female singer named Dale Bazio. Just heard one of thier songs on the radio this weekend when I was driving on the Oregon Coast. Made me think of this thread.

Terry Bozzio was her husband, and dude is a hell of a drummer...

C.O.C had two good songs. I really tried to like them more. They weren't that talented.

I say 3 songs. Albatross, Clean My Wounds, and Congratulations Song. The rest of those two albums are meh.

I like their older stuff. Everything after Hysteria is pretty much crap though.

Rick Allen has always been one my favorite drummers.
