Would not mind the hire of Gus Bradley at all.

DeRuyter, Diaco, are solid names but I don't think we are ready to switch to a 3-4 just yet. The App St. defensive coordinator is a realistic possibility to come in as the D-coordinator and that would be a solid hire. Out of those four I would want them in this order:

Bradley

App State DC(Nate Woody)

DeRuyter

Diaco

Also we should hire a running game coordinator because we have no creativity in the run game whatsoever. Hire the DC and Tavita, if we don't get Tavita get some other guy to help out the defense and work with the special teams.

As I pointed out earlier, I would be highly disappointed with this hire. He had one good year as DC, 2 years of medocrity, and one horrible year where his team finished 81st in total defense. He also did not do well as a head coach. We need a coach that has consistently delivered positive results on the field...not in the bedroom NM...lol.

 
Has anybody mentioned former Saints HC Jim Haslett, current linebackers coach for the Bengals?

NVM, I see him on the list.
