The D line was pathetic, the O line on rushing plays was pathetic, Cosgroves adjustments were pathetic, and the LB's were, well pathetic. Now that we have that established, lets talk about what went right.

Keller looked great. His two interceptions were not from poorly thrown balls, they were from a tip and a DE dropping into coverage against a quick slant. Great defensive call against offensive tendencies.

WR's looked in sync with each other and with Keller. They all finally played well and caught everything that came thier way........awesome.

The O line did very well IMO in pass protection especially since USC usually knew when we were gona do it.

Glenn finally played!

DB's did better in that game than they have in years.

Octavien is a stud. (he' alone at LB, but a stud none the less)

The passing game was very successful against a very good defense. 389 yards is pretty good in my book.

Should COZ go? I dont think it matters right now anyway, they are not gonna fire him mid season. The off season is the time to call for peoples heads, not game three.

After its all said and done I do have serious concerns about alot of things, but there are alot of things to be proud of too. Its early in the season and anything can happen. Here's to a Big 12 Title! :cheers GBR

While I'm with you in trying to look at the positives, I'm still not very optimistic about the rest of the season. Yea, we still have shot at the Big XII title, but let's be honest: unless there are vast improvements on the defense, there is no way we are stopping Bradford and OU (if we get to the championship game). And we still have some tough games against Texas, Mizzou (their defense sucks too though), and Okie State. Our offense will be fine, but it will all depend on if our D bounces back from a humbling performance.

Our D bounces back from a humbling performance??? You means 2 terrible performances in a row. Wake killed us on the ground also. We should be praying to win the North right now. Mizzou and A&M will be very tough and Texas is obviously an issue.

Our offense looked good when the right plays were called. BC didn't adjust well at all in the 2nd and 3rd qtrs. He even ran some play action waggles when we were down 32 pts. Keller was slammed to the ground and rushed in his throws b/c a play action only works if they really think you might run the ball.....which down 32 and only avg 2 yds per rush there is no threat.
