Best bars to hang at before and after?

I want to go to lincoln this season for a game but dont really know where would the best places to hang be. I will only probly have one chance so I want to do it right. I heard alot about this sidetracks band but what is that all about? is it THE place to go? before or after? how about good college bars? I head bodegas is cool. LIttle help here please.

 
Just lookin to drink, or you want to see some women.

The bar "Downtown" will have the best lookin girls in town. Just a bunch cleavage showing 21 year old girls struttin around.

You want to drink, "Sandy's" or "Woody's"

 
is that harry's dive still kickin? man i remember i stumbled down to that place a few times and holy butt dip batman they jus about liquor poisoned me arse. you order rum and coke and they give you RUMMMMMMMMMM & a squirt of coke, which is not what any of us bozos in there needed at 2 am. but dam that place had character.

Sidetracks band is a great time the Friday before and up to the game, they are funnyl and provide a great atmosphere. As for during Barry's is the place to be and after does not really matter it is busy everywhere. I prefer The Bar because of the beer garden.

 
I forgot about an interesting little place way out on north 48th called

Fat Napes(sp). It's got a great beer garden. And even though its way out, the women packed the place. There's a little dance floor inside.

 
Dude I was downtown last night and there is a brand new bar. It's called BROTHERS. I know there is one in Iowa City, does anyone know if there are the samw owners??? Line was seriously out the door and down the block.

 
I'd say they are probably related. There is also one in Denver... very cool place. It will blow up. Is it on O st??
