This guy is a moron and what he is saying is bulls#!t. Why don't you do the full Biden quote and provide your own opinion about it? Also, look into why he wants to do this. Stop following these dumbs#!ts and re-posting their trash. The tweet is out of context. What's racist and sexist is the groups listed were less likely to get PPP assistance per capita the 1st time around. They are trying to make up for that now. What also sucks is small businesses were less likely to get assistance than large businesses. They are trying to make up for that as well.

Maybe try to listen to the message before you decide to get all pissed off. Small buisness all across America will be the emphasis, especially those hardest hit in already disaffected areas, with minority/women owned also being a priority (why do you think that would be?).
