Will be interesting to see how many the B1G gets in. Not sure it's as many as last year - which was seven, iirc - because I don't think the league is quite as strong, at least at the top. But I have no idea how the rest of the country is doing either.

Last week, ESPN's Joe Lunardi had six B1G teams in. And his first eight teams out didn't have any B1G teams either. Will be interesting to see his next update.

I think we could swing seven if Minnesota and Nebraska finish strong. Nebraska's got a manageable final conference run, not sure about the Gophers...

Minny has NW right now. Then Ill, @tOSU, Iowa, @ Mich, PSU. If they beat the three they should they'll need to beat one of the others to get to .500 in the conference. Then I'd say they need one more regular season win or maybe two in the conference tourney to get in.

I personally think there will be only five. I decided to be a homer and pick NU as the 5th. Hey, it's definitely not out of the question right now

5 or 6. I say 6.

The top of the B1G isn't as strong this year. But the middle and bottom might be stronger.

No, and if Nebraska's home winning streak holds, it's both possible and plausible.

NU is on the bubble. RPI 45 and rising. Split IU/Wiscy, Beat the Illini and NW plus one B1G tourney win and your in.

Unsurprisingly, we are still projected as the first team in the Next 4 Out category, not as damaging of a loss as some would like to think. However, I felt that, in Lunardi's statement, that Nebraska can go 2-2, one of the 2's in the win column was against Illinois. Now it's all the more important that we beat Wisconsin.
