Big 10 Championship: OSU v Mich St.

I understand the angle of Ohio St. Winning to represent the BIG Ten better in higher rated Bowl Matchups. Two points I'd make though. If the Big does get those higher rated BVS games and plays on National Television stage then loses, it hurts more than helps. Also, national perception of the Big Ten is somewhat important for Nebraska, but not hardly. Win all of your games and the rest takes care of itself. Nebraska needs to take care of Nebraska. Ohio St. Played in the same "weak" Big Ten" as Nebraska and the perception of the Big Ten will not change the fact that if they win, they should play for the NC.

So MSU is going to the rose bowl regardless aren't they? Would Wisconsin replace them if they lose tonight?

If Wisconsin would have beat PSU, then there would be a chance they would go to the Rose. Now there is no chance. The only thing that's a toss up is if MSU loses, do they stay in the top 14.

How does Langford not get flagged for punching the OSU DB?

Also, if the Buckeyes can't get Sparty off the field better than that, their argument for the BCS National Championship gets much harder. They need to win by double digits.

Since Auburn did such a good job getting another Top-10 team off the field.

There is nothing worse in all sports than score-commercial-kickoff-commercial-three & out-commercial.

Three commercial breaks amid 90 seconds of game play. Most boring stretch of time ever.

So? Ohio St is undefeated and if they beat MSU at all they should get a shot at the title. Unless you want to open a can of worms of saying a 1 loss team is more deserving than a team that won every game?

And as we watch the Auburn runback replay far longer than the OSU - MU replay, we see why the Buckeyes need a statement here.

Like it or not, the national media is still pimping the SEC.
