I was actually pleasantly surprised by this year's draft - Big Ten has some of the youngest teams across the entire nation so I I was expecting to be closer to the mid-20s range this year in terms of total draftees. Hopefully that means an even better showing next year!

The surprising one to me is Max Bullough. Whatever he was suspended for must have been bad enough to scare everyone off.

He was a tackling machine and has a pretty good head on his shoulder with the family backround.

His lack of speed probably, big, slow, hard-hitting MLB's just aren't in high demand apparently

He and the Spartans were pretty tight-lipped about his suspension, but all the NFL teams know the details, so it should come out eventually.

I agree, Bullough not being considered is strange because he was (imo) better than some of the guys (his position) who were picked up!

I am surprised that Jackson Jeffcoat Big 12 "D" player of the year was not drafted out of Texas?
