Wouldn’t it make more sense for the Big XII to poach the top AAC teams?? Maybe that’s just me.I think the most likely scenario is the AAC makes a play for most (all?) of the remaining Big XII teams and hopes that's enough to be considered a Power conference.

Big East Survivor. The last teams to 'leave' collected buyouts from the schools that left early. Since the company is going bust anyway, the only question is do they want to collect severance pay or not?Who???
