I thought of this one too. Yeah, it's like the Red River Shootout/Rivalry, but I kind of like it. Less hick sounding than Farmageddon, and more tough/rough sounding.

This may be already decided, but who gets the "NU" designation when Nebraska and Northwestern play each other? I figure that it could be UNL and NWU respectively, and they play for the rights to get a nu trophy of some kind. My interest in this is that my daughter just enrolled at Northwestern so I'll definitely be seeing them play each other if I can. She's Texas raised, not a Husker fan, so there will be a little in-family rivalry!

your on to something...we could write the first time UNL vs. NWU and then get a trophy that is a big NU...call it the NU title game and the winner the following time they play gets to be NU on the scoreboard and the loser has to be UNL/NWU...
