OK, crazy senario, i know it will probably never happen, but go along with it..............
WHAT IF....
Every team in the Big 12 North goes 0-4 in conference..........
3 of the teams, lets say Colorado, Kansas St., and ISU go 0-8 in conference......
the other 3 teams (Nebraska, Mizzou, and Kansas) all lose all their games to teams against the south, and all go 1-1 against each other...
so now, your standings in the big 12 north would be.........(not sure on the tiebreakers)
1. Nebraska...................4-8
2. Missouri.....................4-8
3. Kansas......................4-8
4. ISU...........................0-12
5. Colorado...................0-12
6. KSU..........................0-12
now lets say Nebraska pulls out the Big 12 title..........and wins the Big 12 with a record of 5-8
By winning the Big 12, the rules state they get an automatic BCS Birth..................BUT the rules also state that you must have a minimum of 6 wins to be eligible for any bowl.......
