Eric Hagg, great effort in saturdays game. Im sure we will see more great things to come from this secondary. As a whole they could have all taken this.

Eric Hagg has been named Big 12 defensive player of the week for his play Saturday.

Hagg intercepted Jake Locker's first pass of the day and returned it 11 yards to set up the Huskers' first touchdown. Two plays later, Big Red scored to take a 7-0 lead. He also had an unassisted tackle and two pass breakups as Locker completed just 4-of-20 passes on the day.
