Big 12 pride is on the line. Where is the hate?

Nebraska and its fans don't look at :01 as the article says. It's just like 1:16 after the 1994 Orange Bowl. Motivation for a whole year. Will Nebraska take the bands off after the Texas game? Win or lose I bet they won't. To me it sounds like if Mack Brown doesn't beat Nebraska, Texas fans will be asking for his head on a platter. Understand this Texas, it's a great feeling to have as a Husker Fan to anticipate a win rather than wondering how much we get blown out by. Win or lose, what matters it that the Cornhuskers played their hearts out.

This just reaffirms what I said before––this means more to the 'horns and the Big XII (X) than it does to Nebraska. We're not worried about the championship game anymore. We're going forward. Texas is the program left behind sitting atop a crumbling dungheap of a conference with no TV contracts, one piddly rivalry that matters to anyone, no reason to think it can stay afloat, and no balls.

Come take your last shot. After that, we don't hate you, we're done with you.
sounds like we just broke up with texas, like we're just not that into them, anymore.

i had a friend who lived in socal, and he said a bunch of people complained about nu fans after the usc loses because they were so annoyed with how nu fans were so complimentary towards there team. i thought that was funny. could see how it would be annoying, maybe even a little condescending, but certainly better then urine bombs and tire slashing.

I was just going to say that. My brothers went to the last OU/NU game in Norman, and they said the fans were very nice, almost to the point that we didn't matter. They said they would of liked to have some harassment, then at least you know they are scared, or have some respect for you...
