I agree I don’t know much about Buffet and what he does with his cash.  I am sure he gives so much away to local, national, and international charities.

 I get where you're coming from, but we did have a game canceled this year and that messed the season up pretty bad - a dome would've changed that. Exactly how different the season goes is debatable and we'll never know, but that's a bigger argument for the dome than just not liking bad weather. Now we may never have another weather cancelation without a dome, but it has more supporters because of that. 

With that being said I'm not really a fan of domes - I just think this year brings up an interesting case.

A dome with 90K capacity would cost a billion bare minimum.  Memorial isn't remotely set up to retrofit into a dome either.

What an absurd f#&%ing concept.

Come on, just bulldoze the rest of campus, build a giant dome and parking lots, and make UNL an online university only.  There will be plenty of room for athletic buildings then. 

 
We're building an alternate, dome stadium.

Oregon started the alternate uniform craze and we're about to pioneer the alternate stadium.

what if the dome was just made of tent material and all the fans pointed handheld fans up at it so it doesn’t collapsw under the weight of the precipitation? But then memorial stadium lifts up off the ground and flies to the moon?

I heard they are expanding the Hawks Championship Center and that will now be our home field,  complete with dome. Memorial Stadium is being converted into a national momument

 
How are we flying the balloons under the dome?  Retractable escape hatch?  Or I got...instead the balloons are non-helium and in a big net at the top of the dome.  When we win the balloons are released and fall from the sky.   :lol:

I heard its gonna be an upgrade to a bigger video board and its gonna be 4k. Maybe they can get the sound matched up too.
