For sure...but most 7 footers that are getting D1 looks can move.  I get what you are saying though.  

In the end, this year doesn't matter...they will be lucky to win 12 games.

 
rebounding isnt just about height. a lot of it is a mindset of just wanting to do it. and when you get 5 guys on the court who want to rebound then you are going to get more rebounds. and that doesnt even get into positioning and knowing how the ball is going to come off the rim. then you add in that most schools arent rolling out a front court  of 7'1" center, 2 forwards 6'11". you need some height but damn think before you freak out. hoiberg is going to get what he needs for the team to succeed but give him some time. he's only coached a few games here.

You never said they shouldn't move? You said we needed a player like UC Riverside's 7'1" player. He was big and slow. Seven footers who can run are few and far between and they aren't coming to Nebraska. They are going to traditional powers like Duke, UNC, Kentucky, etc.

Go to Australia or Germany, find somebody tall WHO CAN MOVE! ( Thought I would make that clear!)This has been going on for years. Long before Hoiberg, or Miles got here!

Through eight games at Ranger this season, Tominaga is averaging 15 points and has made 23 of his 46 three-point attempts.


Nebraska is not serious about recruiting a good big man. They just want 3 point shooting guards and two point shooting forwards. I should just accept the truth and quit being in denial about the possibility of getting a big man!

Yao Ming?  Now there's a guy who was super mobile - not.  And the new recruit is from Japan.  That's why it says "Japan" on his national team uniform.
