Big Red attendance 15-40K

Depending on who you ask Nu should have anywhere from 15K to 40K in attendance.

Regardless USC is only used to a fraction of that. Generally Washington travels the best and they'll bring 6k/.

 
Let's hope for 40K and that they are the only ones in the stadium by the fourth quarter because all the SC fans have gone home crying!!

40k, that would be nice, but I think we will see around 20-25, which is still alot.

 
I was at an NU-Cal game years ago - and it was a sea of red. California locals - rooting for Nebraska. Now, I know that USC - especially with their success, is going to have a great fan base - however - I'm thinking there will be AT LEAST 1/4 Nebraska fans - so, looking 25 to 30k.

The rest of them - can watch their team....lose.

 
Most of the tickets are in the endzone. Some of the people I've talked to all have endzone tickets. The season SC tickets are sideline. Don't matter where you sit just have to make noise. 15k-40k still have to make noise.

I think we will have over 40,000. I heard that around 10k Husker fans in Calli bought season tix for SC, and then they stopped selling them. Plus the 4 thousand that are alloted. And I think that Husker fans will be offering some big time dollars for seats and will invade the Coliseum.

 
I spoke with the ticket office about buying season tickets. All season tickets available are in the endzones. Unless you become a member of the Crimson and Gold Fan Club. With the right amount of money you can wiggle into a sideline.

They still had season tickets available a little over two weeks ago. So the numbers may surprise a lot of us. You can get them on stub hub no problem. I saw on one message board that a SC fan had 20 tickets for sale and he did not have any takers. Was going to sell them to Nebraska fans.

My boss, an SC alum still does not have his tickets. He was whining about how expensive they were due to all the Nebraska people coming. I told him to grow a pair and buy now or stay home we were kicking the crap outa of wanna be team. I need to check and see if my check went direct deposit.

I saw in 02 at the Rose Bowl. Sadly, that awesomeness wore off midway through the 1st Quarter.

I do think we stand a better chance here then in Miami

 
We have way more offensive firepower this year, than just Eric Crouch from that year. Plus, our defense isn't in the middle of the biggest meltdown that any of us could imagine.

 
I saw a pic of the Rose Bowl last month, and that red was just incredible. If only the team could have made something of it. I expect the same kind of scene this year.
