The more I watch them this season it got me thinking how much they are like Nebraska of the 80's and 90's. Of course Alvarez got the ball rolling and with his Nebraska roots he likely used Nebraska as his model\template. Now they are steam rolling under Bielema like many of the powerhouse Nebraska teams.

 
They have a much better passing game and possibly a better running game this season than Nebraska did. They do not, however, have as good of a defense. If they had a Nebraska defense, they'd be winning the national title this year.
