Big XII Defensive Newcomer of the Year...

Bowman, without question. Just watch his video. He not only has tremendous technique and recovery speed, but the man hits like a mac truck.

lol. im thinking it will not be a husker. i want it to be, but in all practicality it will go to an OU or a texas or somebody, anybody but a husker lol.

Reggie Smith. I think he will turn a few heads this year.
Man, I totally forgot about that guy, no one at OU really even talks about him now ....
That's because they are more worried about the QB situation more then anything at the moment, so the rest of the team is sorta forgotten

last I heard is they have 3 guys fighting for it, and none have done much to stand out yet.

Anyways, I vote for Dilliard. The guy is a beast IMO. I think he gets the job early in the year and really makes an impact, especially stopping the run.

Yea, how's that comming along?
Lets just say OU might be heading into fall camp with a 3 man rotation untill they can figure something out. All 3 guys are about equal. OU fans believe Thompson is the second coming of Donnovan McNabb because he can pass and run, but sadly enough for them, Thompson has no game experience whatsoever.

Dilliard will most likely be at MLB. We have a huge hole there and he has the size for it. I am not sure what you mean by who plays in his spot, but he is replacing Barrett Ruud. I think Dilliard will have a good august and come in and start. As for the OLB's, I would look for Octavien and Stu Bradley to hold those spots down.
