If i was the Jets he would be fired. He starts out good but then everything falls apart after a couple of years. I mean just look at the Jets. They made it to the AFC Championship two years in a row and beat quality teams and now they just get clobbered by them. If i was a Jets fan i would be emailing Rex and would let him know why his team suddenly sucks.

There is lot of reason why the suck the Oline is just a small part of it. QB and defense are among the things that look worse.
He's also the Assistant Head Coach. He took Gruden's Raiders to the Super Bowl and then next season went 2-14. Then he destroyed our program. I see a pattern here. both times he wore out his welcome fast.
