I'd go as far to say that he is the worst QB with the exception of the backup QB from Nicholls State that played. I am not just saying that because he plays for CU, but because I have actually watched a few of their games.

Booty, McKoy, Daniels, Reid, McGee, Freeman, Meyer, and possibly Meier from Kansas are all better than Jackson. He may be athletic but that does not make him a good quarterback. Hell Lord was athletic and could get lucky on a few long balls but that doesn't make him a good quarterback.
