Northwestern is very underrated. That football team is light years ahead of Nebraska right now.

This bend but don't break defense bends all the way down the field for long drives, then breaks. We have got to get aggressive out there. Make them break us, instead of just bending us over.

No need to make excuses for the huskers. Northwestern's offense may be decent but they are 4-5 ala they suck. They lost to Army. Things will be much easier when you realize the huskers are not very good either. The only positive's I see is that the team as a whole is young and have shown some signs of good play but they are much to inconsistent.

Northwestern's *defense* sucks. Their O is the kind that can give even good D's some problems. We probably matchup better against Michigan State's offense than we do Northwestern's.

Cover 2 man with safeties over the top doesn't work against 5 man spreads with sub par talent. What's up middle of field (duh)

I wouldn't go there at all. You as do 99.9% of us know nothing about scheme. I'm pretty sure if Pelini thought we could cover better he would have put the defense in a better position. We got our asses handed to us up front. Enough said!!

3 words people GOMES, HAGG, PRINCE. My land some of you have zero perspective. We had about the same amount of experience in the secondary in 2008 and then we'd a been tickled pink to hold an offense of this caliber to 28 points. Yes the defense coulda done better and the shoulda had no problem scoring 40 so be it. Oh, and Northwestern's offense has been giving everyone fits. Dont forget the window of 12 minutes in the second qtr when the defense was totally dominant but the off couldnt take advantage of opportunities. We shoulda had a 21-7 halftime lead for cripes sake.
