Bo: "I think it will be a hell of a football game..."

Of course Bo wants Texas to win.

If Texas wins, they will more than likely be #1 next year, and with our high ranking. By the time we see each other on October 16th, its probably going to be #1 Texas vs. #4 Nebraska or something, Wiining that game will likely secure our spot in a BCS game.

Then again i could just be spouting crap out of my mouth.

In anycase, im going for Alabama on this one. I swore years ago i would not root for Texas not matter what the circumstances were.

Hate to disagree with Carl and Bo, but BAMA is about to get all up in it. I like our defense, but you are about to see some hitting tonight. Bama's D is for real!!!!!!!!

Texas is going to have to do something new in order to win.

I say BAMA by double digits

We'll see. I believe it will be a blowout too but our line is just really stinkin good....course I haven't been impressed with the oline of texass. Hope this thing's over by half. Want mccoy to have 2 picks and a few sacks. Also hope the texass D does shut down ingram....something like 60 yards but I think texass is their usual soft selves and will probably make ingram look like the sure win for next year's heisman.

What's the over/under that Saban bolts back to the NFL if Alabama wins tonight?
Why would he?

If he brings a championship to Alabama he will be making Mack Brown money.
If he'd have stayed at LSU he'd already be making Mack Brown money. His ego is too big to stay in the lowly NCAA ranks. He stays nowhere.

I thought thats why he bounced from Miami though, and it was somewhat mutual. Not so much that he couldnt hang, but because it didnt suit him. He couldnt coach his style. He looks like one cold dude, but hes actually very big on the psychological aspect of the game, and he found that style didnt work on the prima donnas of the NFL. If anything, his ego was too too big to bow down to the NFL way. He can exert more control over college kids? I dont know. I dont see him going back to the NFL. Maybe he leaves Bama...but man, who knows....

I think we need UT to win. If Texas loses, it makes our loss to them lose some of its appeal. If UT wins, better yet...dominates, it makes our performance against them in the CCG look much more impressive.

Stilll WANT Texas to lose...but the Huskers almost NEED them to win.

We don't need anything from Texass. We win out next year and it's all taken care of. Our destiny is in our own hands. We're in the big12. We don't need to start the season high up in the polls. Plus people can just call Bo a genius for writing the script for bama to shut down their offense.

I think if Texas wins it helps us in recruiting.

Be a lot of kids that want to got to Texas, NC and all, but there will be a lot that they can not take. Spurned why not go to the place that made them work for a win.

That is where I think it benefits us for Texas to win.

I am not a Long Horns fan, but I am more of Big 12 fan than listening to the SEC and ESPN rag on about how much more dominating they are, that they are college football.

If they win tonight not much to say, but that you agree.

I'm just afraid if Texas loses big time tonight, the media pundits will say the Big 12 wasn't actually that good and considering the Pac 10 sucked a$$ in their bowl games this year, they might roll that factor into it as well.

I want Texas to lose, but a win would be big for the conference
