I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Joe Ganz at QB yet. Ganz was the truth.

Ganz over Martinez? I dunno about that.I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Joe Ganz at QB yet. Ganz was the truth.
Niles Paul TE?Jackson over Caputo.
Long over Slauson
Qvale over Sirles
Sirles over Jones.
Glenn over Compton
Swift over Enunwa
McNeil over Reed
Easily my pick. That's a no brainer.I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Joe Ganz at QB yet. Ganz was the truth.
Ganz might be able to better utilize the tools of this offense. I could see the argument that while Ganz might not be as dangerous as Martinez, the 5-6 other play makers would be better utilized and as a whole the offense might be more effective.Ganz over Martinez? I actually think he's doing the opposite. Looking at what Roy had to work with on that 2009 offense. I agree w/ you on Rex by the way, but Helu/Martinez combo with a decent offensive line...might be pretty deadly. Helu just had crap to work with.Ahhhhhh another argument where statistics are the only thing that a person looks at. Roy was a really good back for us, and there's definitely an argument to be made for him, but I'll take Rex. There's just something extra that's special about the way that Rex plays. You can always count on him to pick up the extra 2 yards.
Yeah, but you'd pick Carnes over Martinez so w/e.Easily my pick. That's a no brainer.I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Joe Ganz at QB yet. Ganz was the truth.
I think they'd both excel, just in different ways. Joe would be able to utilize the receivers better, but Taylor obviously has the ability to dominate on the ground.Ganz might be able to better utilize the tools of this offense. And in 2010, with Watson guessing at how to run a spread, we were about 50 yards short of having 3 1K rushers. Put Roy in this offense with Taylor, and they'd cruise.I actually think he's doing the opposite. Looking at what Roy had to work with on that 2009 offense. Umm...lol Yeah. I realize this board should be subtitled Huskerboard/We Love Taylor Martinez so yeah. Not everyone loves T Magic. Don't get offended because it's not personal but dude will go down for me at least as easily, easily the #1 most overrated Husker of all time. I know, I know 'but his stats!!!!'. I've been a Husker fan ever since I could walk but wow. Pelini tunnel vision=Four years of not even a sniff of any sort of national title hopes. None. None.....seriously? no, can't be serious n/mYep.
