but I found this article interesting. You will see a lot of staff members previously associated wt NU. But outside of Ron Brown & Carl P, most were grad assistants

What I found amusing is Bo's cap - the picture is one of him wt a Husker cap on. This was on the YSU's official sports web page. Does the program not have enough money to buy Bo a new hat? Maybe it was all of the NU references in the article - giving credibility to the program.

The article states that this in an impressive staff- appears to me to have very limited experience outside of a few people - but perhaps it is par for the course for a school like YSU

To say you hired the coach that just came from Nebraska regardless of his termination is a smart recruiting tactic. Not like any recruits they go after WONT know he got canned here.

That's a damn fine staff. Especially considering they make about 80% less than they would at a top 20 FBS program. Ron Stoops. Carl Pelini. Ron Brown. Those guys are superstars at a place like Youngstown.

It wouldn't surprise me to see Bo take a real job in a year or two. And let Carl or Ron Stoops take over. Or even Ron Brown. If he does, it will save NU a bunch of buyout money. (I know. I know. Bo is doing this to take a break. For family reasons. But it still wouldn't surprise me.)

I can see him staying there for several because in his mind he's probably.... "not living in a fishbowl, it's his team and no one else's, the media is not out to get him with questions, and he's pulling in $150K per month from NU hahahaha stick it"

I completely agree with Bo leaving Carl or One of the Rons in charge for a bigger gig in a couple years.

Question is: Does he make enough noise to intrigue a Power 5 school or does he stay the same course and get an offer from Akron or the like?
