Board is downloading something to computer

Just this afternoon, I started noticing that every time I click on a page or refresh, there is something being downloaded to my computer. There is no title to the file. It's just labeled, "download".

Not real comfortable with that.

Now, when I'm on my phone, the message comes up, "Start new download? This will stop all progress for your current download". With buttons for "OK" and "cancel".

I saw that myself. I deleted the downloads but no clue what they are. No forum should be forcing my computer to download anything.
