And - with the scheme change more of a change to partner and work closely with Bray which is a win. Might this make us more attractive to ISM?

The LBs should be stoked about this, even Weber. I could see him start the first part of the season until Roberts gets his sea legs.

I think this hire, along with the move to a 3-4, may really be a shot in the arm. For whatever reason, NU hasn't been able to recruit elite DL, even post Suh. This somewhat helps that as we're not as dependent on getting the top tier DE's that everyone else is after.

There biggest piece of the personnel we were missing was the coach. Banker running a 34 would scare me. He wasn't proficient the at his base defense and he ran that for 20 years.

Some of our players might not be ideal for the switch but a quick nose can be effective too and We have a lot of options at LB. A good dc should be able to adapt to what he has with movement, pressure, and coverages

As a diehard Dallas fan that watched them go from a 4-3 to 3-4 under Parcells, this will definitely give us a shot in the arm.

Well. I hope he does well. Fully expect him to recruit New Jersey and the surrounding area big time for us which, given our west coast ties for a lot of the staff, should be a good thing
