Bob Elliott Stepping Down

Wow...I had a friend that brought his wife to the hospital, she was complaining of pain and nausea...within 24 hours she was gone, really scary stuff.

 
Damn, makes me think that cancer came back with a fury this spring.

On the bright side, he got to spend the spring being an on field coach and doing what he loved one last time.

 
Hats off to a coach with a wealth of knowledge and a passion to help young men succeed. I hope he is surrounded by family and loved ones.

It's been over 24 hours since that Facebook post was made, though. I'd think we'd hear more from other sources by now? But he did correct himself in the comments and said Elliot is in hospice care, not dead.

I am afraid to ask about an update on this...cancer has had such an impact on my family...including me. Stomach in knots.
