With Wisconsin, NW and Nebraska all at 6-3 finishing 2,3,4.  He's saying we lose to NW so wouldn't our other loss have to be Wisconsin if we are 4th?  That means we beat OSU and Iowa who finishes 1st at 7-2?

Tie breakers, yep.  That would be something to beat OSU and Iowa, but still finish 4th.

I’m not a statistician, but I don’t know if it’s even possible that 4 teams finish above 6-3 in a division, especially with OSU, Michigan, Michigan State and Penn State on the other side.
