The HB thread Bo Pelini's Quarterback Graveyard has a list of quarterbacks Pelini's D has ruined so far.

Other students could hold up signs that look like grave markers with each of those quarterbacks listed...with date and stats... with someone holding that day's opposing quarterback gravestone yet to be filled in.

That'd all go together nicely...and look rather impressive when shown on TV...

I'll let them know how big of hit it was. My old roommate is one of the guys.

They do stuff like that all of the time. When I was back for the home opener or the Washington game (I can't remember) they were painted up and wore black/red kilts, Braveheart style.
