Bought into the hype...auh!

I need to take off the red glasses, and take what I read,even on this site with a grain of salt.We are not the team I thought we were.Some of our recent 'great' recruits dont seem as great, as actual players.Games like last week against the longhorns where we could have won, help to get expectations too high.

We, at best are the 4th or 5th best team in the Big 12, and that is debateable since we play in the north division.We would finish 4th,5th or 6th in the south division.This was fricken Okie State, and they kicked our butt today.We were lucky against KansasIf we played Texas Tech, the could litterally name the score before the game, and put that number on the board as long as it was divisable by 7 or 8! Colorado has been kicked around by us this year, but you mark my word, they will be very competative against us.Missouri looks like a loss to me, with the Aggies a tossup.I want to try not to get too down, but Callihan does not make it easy.

Sad to say but I have to admit I drank the Kool-aid way too much, any qb with alot of mobiltity and a big offensive line can run amuck on us.

 
I thought we might come out flat but pick it up as the game went along. No where in my wildest dreams did I think that we would blow a 16 point lead when we were running the ball at will.

Yeah after the 1st quarter I was feeling pretty damn good!!!! Guess I should have!!!! Next time I feel like that I'm going to shut my balls in my front door so that feeling goes away!!!!
