I think it is saying that there are a bunch of predictions out there for a score, and the average prediction is that Oregon wins by 22.Can someone please tell whoever is in charge of the ESPN Bottom Line that you can't be "expected to beat" someone "by an average of x points"? You can be "expected to beat" someone "by x points" or you can having projections showing someone "averaging to win by x points" but you can't win by an average.
