According to the Lincoln Journal Star today a bowl representative said that if Nebraska were to win out they would be very attractive to the Gator Bowl so assuming we beat ksu and cu id throw that in as a possibility

Oh man that would be to good to be true! Especially since I just moved to Florida.

I believe that it has been well documented that NU will not go to the Independence Bowl...bad experiences and fans will not travel to Shereveport....Both sides aren't really interested in the possibility.

We still have a very outside chance of making the title game, and if we play Tech and get revenge, that's a guaranteed Fiesta berth is it not?

Alamo would indeed be a stretch. Gator, Sun, Indep. all seem likely candidates. I see us playing Between Dec. 25 and Dec. 31.

We should do better than the pre-Christmas bowls like the USDA "Beef... It's What's For Dinner" Buttsteak Bowl, or the Ron Popiel Pocket Fisherman Bigmouth Bass Bowl.
