Bowl Game?

Would like to see them play ND, but playing Texas in AZ, would be OK. Short drive and I do want to beat them, so bad. GBR!!!

 
Here is the deal though. Even though Iowa beat us. Doesn't guarantee that we don't get selected to the Outback Bowl assuming OSU and MSU both get into the BCS. I would think that bowl reps would be absolutely savoring over the fact they could get a Nebraska v Missouri game.

 
Right now our bowl trip is up in the air. Interesting article according to Shatel. Would the 'bowl committee' (whoever that is) not choose Nebraska because of the uproar over Coach Bo this past week? That they would pick Michigan (whom we beat) over us for the BWW Bowl would be stupid, especially if the game is against a former Big 12 opponent. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

It would certainly be a strong statement about the relevancy and the state of our program. Putting us up against a B12 team is an all but guaranteed sell-out. Bowls are about money, if they risk a sellout in Arizona...they must be extremely concerned about an image problem (one half the state of Nebraska refuses to admit exists).

The University of Minnesota believes they will be going to either the BWW or Gator Bowl.

I received an email from the athletic department as to which bowl I would be interested in attending and these were the only 2 options from which to choose.
