Bowl Projections

Texas is very beatable right now. They face off against OU on the 3rd and if they haven't lost by then, they will against OU. And UT travels to A&M this year.

Thoughts? I would prefer to see you guys in a BCS game over Texas. Is it just me or does Texas look very beatable this year?

I still believe we will win the North but Oklahoma is the BCS bowl team from the Big 12 this season. I think we can beat Texas even in Austin , but getting thru the Sooners in the Big 12 champ game would be a miricle unless their level of play drops and ours greatly improves.

He didn't say he thought the Huskers wouldn't make a bowl - he said that 90% of the Board is feeling that way. Based on the posts, it's probably a pretty accurate assessment of the feeling of the members.

There are enough bowls for just about half of all teams to go to one. I don't think that 90% or any percentage would say that we aren't in the top half of all teams.. there are some lame bowls out there, though.

 
I have responded to threads tonight saying we would lose to South Dakota State, Appalachian State, and that Ball State will beat us next weekend. I'm sure there are more I haven't seen yet.
